Flowaqua provide us with a great service with our water softener. Our monthly checks are carried out always on time. Really good communication from them regarding visits & reports. Quick response if we have any issues via phone call or in person visit. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Can't fault their service at all.

We were struggling with treatment of boiler water, being passed round from chemist to steam engineer Richard contacted me in September 23 having worked with us previously He offered more help than our old supplier before even handing any money over His depth of knowledge was brilliant and moved over to him 3 months before our old contract expired We instantly started to improve the boiler water treatment and were back in spec within no time The lads are great to work with and very knowledgeable Haven’t looked back since!

Since joining my present role I had used the same company for water sampling, water treatment and tank cleans. In recent years the service had not been the best. Our rep decided that he would move companies as the company he was working for appeared unstable. The rep joined Flowaqua, following on from discussions with the Flowaqua team I decided to cancel the contract with my current supplier and change to Flowaqua. The Rep that covers our area is fantastic. He is always pleasant and professional and is always at the end of the phone should we require assistance or advice and does not hesitate to attend site out with planned visits should he be required to do so. Although we have only been using Flowaqua for a short time they are providing a high level of service, are very competitive with chemical prices and I am sure that we will continue to use FlowAqua for the foreseeable future.
